Custom dashboards for freelancers and small businesses
Your way of working, in one dashboard.
No more searching through emails and scattered spreadsheets. Customers, quotes, work orders and planning in one overview, connected to the software you already use.

What you get
One place where everyone sees the same thing
Not a standard package you bend your way of working to, but a dashboard that does what you need.
Customers and sales
Customers, contacts and conversations in one place. Follow up quotes with reminders, so nothing slips. See where your new jobs come from.
One work order, start to finish
From the first phone call to the invoice, everything about a job is in one place: appointments, photos and questions. When more people join, everyone sees the same information.
Planning that adds up
Per day and per week you see what's planned, what still needs preparing and what still needs invoicing. When people join, you also plan per employee.
Fits how you work now
The dashboard connects to your accounting package, calendar and planning. If you still work with separate spreadsheets and documents, they are moved over. You never enter anything twice.
Secure and yours
The dashboard runs on a secure server in Europe, with a personal login for each employee. If your company has its own server, it can run there too. Only what you approve beforehand goes to your accounting.
Insight into your numbers
Revenue, open quotes and ongoing jobs in one overview. The numbers you want to see every week, without hunting through lists.
Who it's for
For freelancers and growing businesses
Working on your own? Your quotes, customers and appointments stay in order. Less time on office work, more time for your trade.
About to grow? Lay the foundation now. Everyone works from the same data, also when new people join.
Grows with you
Start with your biggest bottleneck. Then expand whenever it suits you.
Direct contact
You talk directly with the person who builds the system. That way questions and wishes go straight to the right place.
Approach
How it works
From the first conversation to a dashboard you use every day, in four clear steps.
No obligation, no cost.
- 1
Intake
One meeting, at your placeWe walk through how you work now: how jobs come in, how you plan, which software you use and where information gets stuck.
- 2
Plan
Within a weekYou get a short proposal: what the first version does, which connections it has and what it costs. No surprises afterwards.
- 3
Build
Two to four weeksBuilderman Solutions builds the first working version. Along the way you see what's already there, so you can steer before it's finished.
- 4
Live
Then step by stepYou start using it. Whatever is missing, we add: another connection, a report, an app for the technicians.
Example
From scattered emails to one work order
A company that sells products and installs them with its own technicians. Sales, planning and workshop worked with Exact Online, Excel, Outlook and a lot of email. Freelancers and small businesses face the same thing: the more jobs, the more gets lost in emails and lists.

Example with made-up data.
- The problem
- Information got lost between people. Sales emailed the details to the planner, often incomplete. The planner called back, the technician got a note. An earlier attempt with a standard CRM stopped at the sale: planning and installation had no place in it.
- The solution
-
- One work order that travels from first contact to invoice, with a check for missing details before it goes to the planner.
- Customers, products, quotes and orders straight from Exact Online. New customers and quotes are made from the dashboard.
- A planning screen per region, with what the workshop needs to prepare and what still needs invoicing.
- Photos of the site from a phone, and the appointment text in the fixed format for the calendar.
- How it works
- Everyone logs in with their own role and sees what's waiting for them. The dashboard reads from Exact Online and only writes to it what was agreed beforehand.
- The result
-
Sales, planning and technicians now work from one source. Knowledge no longer gets lost between people.
- Central, organised data. Customer, appointment, photos and questions are kept with the work order, not in scattered emails.
- Details are kept. What sales hears, the planner sees and the technician knows.
- Clear communication. Questions and answers stay with the job, visible to everyone working on it.
- Everyone knows what to do. One overview with today's tasks and what to take into account.
About me
Built by someone who knows the shop floor
“Good software makes sure everyone knows what needs doing, without having to ask.”
I'm Remon Bouman, founder of Builderman Solutions. I know the shop floor from the inside: at an installation company I saw every day how information got stuck between sales, planning and technicians.
So I built a CRM and dashboard of its own, connected to Exact Online. Now I do the same for other companies, whatever software they use, and also when everything is still in Excel and Word.
I keep communication direct: I visit, listen to how you work and build step by step, together with the people who use the system every day.
